  • Terry Conlon

    Director

    Terry has almost 30 years of experience in the security industry and is the author of the 2025 Amazon number one and a 2026 Eric Hoffer Award nominee for Excellence in Independent Publishing for his book, The CPTED Paradigm - A Holistic Approach to Crime Prevention.

    Terry is also the principal physical security and CPTED consultant, as well as the L&D Programme Director at the RFC Group, where he oversees the consulting, training, and auditing functions of the business globally.

  • Richard Flood

    CEO of the RFC Group

    Richard Flood is the Managing Director of RFC Security
    Group, bringing over 25 years of expertise in the security industry. Based at
    Unit A6, Swords Enterprise Park, Feltrim Road, Swords, Co. Dublin, Richard
    oversees the full spectrum of RFC Security’s operations, including its
    security, cleaning, and car park management divisions. His responsibilities
    span the daily management of the business, client relations, and strategic
    problem-solving.
